CAULIFLOWER MEAL

I don't imagine someone under 25 could possibly love cauliflower. I do but it only proves my first argument, I am over 25. Not to increase the affection towards cauliflower, I found an article about this vegetable, its about the fractal dimensions of it. The article can be reached here.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg cauliflower
  • 150 g minced meat
  • 1 carrot
  • Salcha (or tomato paste), half tablespoon
  • Red flaked pepper, half teaspoon
  • Blackpepper, half teaspoon
  • 40 mL olive oil (or 50 g butter)
  • Salt, a teaspoon
  • 300 mL water

Preparation:
  • Divide the cauliflower into its flowers (they can be chopped into four if large)
  • Immerse into water by adding 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar and wait for 15-20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, roast the minced meat with oil for 10 minutes.
  • Add salcha and peppers, mix.
  • Drain the cauliflowers and add onto the already roasted minced meat.
  • Roast for a further 10 minutes with a low heat. 
  • Add salt and water, cook with a low heat, lid on for 15 minutes.
