This is a blog about home-made Turkish food. All the recipes belong to a lovely Turkish woman, Fatma Ergul, who has been enjoying herself by cooking for her family.

I, Ayca Ergul, am a molecular biologist living in Glasgow, UK, far far away from my home country, Turkey. I came up with this blog idea through completely scientific purposes: if you have a life saving discovery, you must share it with the world for the sake of humanity.

So here it is, I am sharing my mother-in-law's recipes for the sake of human beings who are in search for good food. I would especially like to dedicate these recipes to post-graduate students working abroad, desperate for a Turkish home-made meal.
