PURSLANE SALAD (Semizotu Salatası)

Ingredients:
  • Purslane
  • Sheep's sorrel
  • White Radish (Daikon)
  • Black Radish
  • Tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Preparation:
  • Wash all the vegetables, peel the radishes.
  • In a sieve, get rid of the excess water by shaking vegetables gently.
  • In a deep bowl, dice all the ingredients and sprinkle olive oil and salt.
  • Serve in a flat plate.
