CHILI MEAT (Acılı Et)

This might not be a recipe after all, as it is only meat with its goodness but as it turns out the order you put the ingredients in does matter! This recipe is optimized by Özgür as he is a master of meaty meals, though master in eating, usually!


Ingredients:
  • Diced, casserole steak or minced meat, 250 g
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika, 1 tablespoon
  • Salcha (or tomato paste), 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, 2-3 cloves
  • Olive oil, 3 tablespoons

Preparation:
(The whole meal to be cooked on high heat and lid off.)
  • In a pan, add olive oil and meat, roast for 10 minutes by stirring casually.
  • Chop the chilli pepper in small pieces and rid the seeds. Add to the pan and stir.
  • Add black pepper, paprika and salt; stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add salcha and diced garlic, stir and cook for 8 minutes.
  • Dice the onions, add to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Enjoy while it is hot.
