SUTLACH (Sütlaç)
This is a very traditional, home-made dessert which is also nutritious. Especially this can be made for kids who don't like milk. I bet, this is the second best way of drinking milk, first one being the milk chocolate!

- 1 kg milk
- 150 g rice
- 200 g caster sugar
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
- 600 ml water
Preparation:
- Wash the rice with plenty of water.
- In a saucepan, add rice and water and cook with a medium heat until water is finished.
- Add milk and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and sugar, cook for a 5 minutes and turn the heat off.
- Serve in small cups with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
