ROLL PASTRY WITH BISCUITS (Bisküvili rulo pasta)

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg milk
  • 30 g flour (4 tablespoons)
  • 20 g Coconot (2 tablespoons)
  • 100 g margarine
  • 150 g cocoa biscuits (where available, 2 packs of kakaolu Eti Piknik)

Preparation:
  • Crush all the biscuits and lay on a medium sized oven tray.
  • In a saucepan, cook flour, milk, coconut and oil by stirring, and bring to boil.
  • Cook further 2 minutes after it is boiled.
  • Pour onto the biscuits while it's hot.
  • Allow it to cool and chill in refrigerator. 
  • Cut into 5 pieces vertically and once horizontally.
  • With the help of a spatula, roll over each piece making the pastry have biscuits on the outer side and creamy texture inside.
