ROLL PASTRY WITH BISCUITS (Bisküvili rulo pasta)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- 1 kg milk
- 30 g flour (4 tablespoons)
- 20 g Coconot (2 tablespoons)
- 100 g margarine
- 150 g cocoa biscuits (where available, 2 packs of kakaolu Eti Piknik)
Preparation:
- Crush all the biscuits and lay on a medium sized oven tray.
- In a saucepan, cook flour, milk, coconut and oil by stirring, and bring to boil.
- Cook further 2 minutes after it is boiled.
- Pour onto the biscuits while it's hot.
- Allow it to cool and chill in refrigerator.
- Cut into 5 pieces vertically and once horizontally.
- With the help of a spatula, roll over each piece making the pastry have biscuits on the outer side and creamy texture inside.
