HOSHAF WITH SULTANAS AND APRICOTS

Hoshaf is the sultan's drink. It is incredibly delicious and refreshing, both a drink and a dessert, accompany most meals. Indulge yourself into this contentment.

Ingredients:
  • 150 g sultanas
  • 100 g dried appricots
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 liter water

Preparation:
  • Wash the sultanas and apricots and slice apricots in small chunks.
  • Bring to boil in 1 liter water and let it boil for 15 minutes.
  • Add sugar and boil for further 5 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool down and serve chilled in small bowls.
Hoshaf can be stored in the fridge for a week.
