FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings
- Red pepper flakes (or paprika), half teaspoon
- Salt, half teaspoon
- Black pepper, half teaspoon
- 50 mL frying oil
Preparation:
- Wash the chicken wings
- In a bowl, put all the ingredients and swirl until all the wings are coated with the oil and spices.
- Align the wings horizontally in a wide saucepan in a one layer so that they don't stack.
- Cook 30 minutes on a low heat with the lid on, by turning the wings once and checking occasionally in the last ten minutes in case they burn.
