FRIED CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings
  • Red pepper flakes (or paprika), half teaspoon
  • Salt, half teaspoon
  • Black pepper, half teaspoon
  • 50 mL frying oil
Preparation:
  • Wash the chicken wings
  • In a bowl, put all the ingredients and swirl until all the wings are coated with the oil and spices.
  • Align the wings horizontally in a wide saucepan in a one layer so that they don't stack.
  • Cook 30 minutes on a low heat with the lid on, by turning the wings once and checking occasionally in the last ten minutes in case they burn.
