FRIED CAULIFLOWERS (Karnabahar Kızartma)


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • Flour, 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 kg yogurt
  • Garlic, 2-3 cloves
  • Frying oil, adequate amount
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon

Preparation:
  • Wash the cauliflower, separate into its flowers.
  • Immerse into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, drain.
  • In a rather deep bowl, whisk eggs, flour and salt together.
  • Coat flowers with this mixture and fry in hot oil.
  • Serve with garlic yogurt.
