FRIED CAULIFLOWERS (Karnabahar Kızartma)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- Flour, 1 tablespoon
- 1/2 kg yogurt
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Frying oil, adequate amount
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
- Wash the cauliflower, separate into its flowers.
- Immerse into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, drain.
- In a rather deep bowl, whisk eggs, flour and salt together.
- Coat flowers with this mixture and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with garlic yogurt.
