CHICKEN WINGS WITH POTATO

- 1/2 kg chicken wings
- 3 potatoes
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- Salcha, half tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes (or paprika), half teaspoon
- Salt, half teaspoon
- 40 mL oil (3 tablespoons)
- 600 mL hot water
Preparation:
- Dice the potatoes in walnut sized cubes.
- In a saucepan, add the wings, oil, garlic and roast for 5 minutes. (Adding the oil with the meat rather than heating it up before, prevents its burning with excess heat.)
- Add salcha and spices, mix briefly.
- Add potatoes and hot water, add salt.
- Cook with the lid on, on a low heat 30 minutes by mixing at intervals.
