CHICKEN SOUP (Tavuk Çorbası)
Chicken soup is equivalent to Calpol; it soothes throat, stops cough, maintain body temperature, and diminishes congestion. Plus, it satisfies your hunger. Even when your stomach refuses to work, chicken soup finds a way to convince it.

- 1 chicken breast
- Flour, 2 tablespoons
- Rice, half tablespoon
- 200 grams yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- Garlic, 3 cloves
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken in 1.5 liters of water for 10 minutes.
- Take the chicken out on a plate and dice in cubes.
- Add rice to the boiling water.
- When rice cooks (app. in 10 minutes), add the chicken back into the water.
- In a bowl whisk yogurt, flour and egg yolk. Add this into the soup gradually by stirring continuously.
- Cook for 10 minutes on a low heat.
- Add crushed garlic, continue cooking for 2 minutes and the soup is ready!
