CARROTS WITH YOGURT (Yoğurtlu Havuç)
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 100 g yogurt
- Oil, 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Parsley, 3-4 leaves
Preparation:
- Grate the carrots.
- Roast in a pan with oil for 4-5 minutes on a low heat.
- Transfer into a serving dish.
- Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic and pour onto the carrots.
- Decorate with parsley.
