CARROTS WITH YOGURT (Yoğurtlu Havuç)

Ingredients:
  • 3 carrots
  • 100 g yogurt
  • Oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Parsley, 3-4 leaves

Preparation:
  • Grate the carrots.
  • Roast in a pan with oil for 4-5 minutes on a low heat.
  • Transfer into a serving dish.
  • Mix the yogurt with crushed garlic and pour onto the carrots.
  • Decorate with parsley.
