CARROT CAKE (Havuçlu Kek)

Ingredients:
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g margarine
  • Carrot (enough to fill 300 mL after grated)
  • Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon (or 1 pack of vanilin)
  • 320 g flour
  • Hazelnuts (enough to fill 100 mL after chopped)

Preparation:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Sift the flour.
  • Whisk eggs and sugar.
  • Melt the margarine, wait it to cool for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients, except vanilla, into the eggs and sugar mixture.
  • Mix all throughly.
  • Sprinkle vanilla on top of the cake.
  • Cook 30-40 minutes.
