CARROT CAKE (Havuçlu Kek)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g margarine
- Carrot (enough to fill 300 mL after grated)
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon (or 1 pack of vanilin)
- 320 g flour
- Hazelnuts (enough to fill 100 mL after chopped)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Sift the flour.
- Whisk eggs and sugar.
- Melt the margarine, wait it to cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients, except vanilla, into the eggs and sugar mixture.
- Mix all throughly.
- Sprinkle vanilla on top of the cake.
- Cook 30-40 minutes.
