- 200 g yogurt
- Cucumber (half of one giant cucumbers)
- 250 mL water
- mint or basil to decorate
- Ice
Preparation:
- Whisk yogurt in a bowl by gradually adding water.
- Grind the cucumber and add to the bowl.
- Serve in small bowls with some ice and decorated with mint or basil.
