APPLE CAKE (Elmalı Kek)
Occasionally we need some calories, don't we?

- 125 g margarine
- 80 mL vegetable oil
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80 mL milk
- 320 g flour
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Apple
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Whisk eggs with sugar, preferably with an electrical mixer. (Please don't get confused with the dough hooks in the picture, I actually used mixer hooks.)
- Add oil and milk, continue mixing.
- Add the baking powder into the flour, add the both into the mixture, continue mixing.
- In a glaced tray, pour the batter.
- Slice the apple thinly and align them all onto the cake batter.
- Cook 30 min, then decorate with icing sugar.
