Cereal with Fruits (Meyveli Buğday)

Buğday, cereal or wheat, the quintessential ingredient of our nutrition. So very basic and naive, yet fulfilling. This recipe with fruits is a refreshing addition to your summer meals. 



Ingredients:
Wheat
Fruit
Honey or sugar -optional-

Preparation:
Add wheat and plenty of water in a saucepan and cook until wheat is soft. I prefer a pressure cooker, make the steamer at high pressure and cook for 20 minutes after it is boiled. 

Drain wheat and transfer to a serving plate. 

Mix well with honey or sugar if you like and add fruits.
