PURSLANE SALAD (Semizotu Salatası)
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Purslane
- Sheep's sorrel
- White Radish (Daikon)
- Black Radish
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Wash all the vegetables, peel the radishes.
- In a sieve, get rid of the excess water by shaking vegetables gently.
- In a deep bowl, dice all the ingredients and sprinkle olive oil and salt.
- Serve in a flat plate.
