MUSHROOM SAUTE WITH CHICKEN (Mantarlı tavuk sote)
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms, 1/2 kg
- Chicken breast, 250 g
- An onion
- 2 green peppers
- Salcha, half teaspoon
- Ground red pepper, one teaspoon
- Salt, one teaspoon
- Vegetable oil, 50 ml
- Water, 100 ml
- A bunch of parsley
Preparation:
- Dice the chicken breast into small cubes.
- In a pan, add the chicken breasts, green pepper, onion and fry in oil for ten minutes on a low heat.
- Add salcha and ground pepper, mix.
- Add diced mushrooms, mix.
- Add salt and cook for 15 minutes with the lid half closed on a low heat. Mix gently with intervals.
- Add water, mix briefly, and cook for ten minutes with the lid off.
- Turn off the heat, sprinkle parsley leaves and leave it to rest for ten minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
