MUSHROOM SAUTE WITH CHICKEN (Mantarlı tavuk sote)


Ingredients:
  • Mushrooms, 1/2 kg
  • Chicken breast, 250 g
  • An onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • Salcha, half teaspoon
  • Ground red pepper, one teaspoon
  • Salt, one teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil, 50 ml
  • Water, 100 ml
  • A bunch of parsley

Preparation:
  • Dice the chicken breast into small cubes.
  • In a pan, add the chicken breasts, green pepper, onion and fry in oil for ten minutes on a low heat.
  • Add salcha and ground pepper, mix.
  • Add diced mushrooms, mix.
  • Add salt and cook for 15 minutes with the lid half closed on a low heat. Mix gently with intervals.
  • Add water, mix briefly, and cook for ten minutes with the lid off.
  • Turn off the heat, sprinkle parsley leaves and leave it to rest for ten minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
